In the heart of the city, overlooking the splendid Gulf of Trieste, the hotel, that dates back to the glory of the Austro-Hungarian Empire, has been completely renovated and modernized for two and half years before reopening its doors in June 2009; the choice of furniture and the finishes create a cozy, elegant atmosphere. The rooms are designed to meet the needs of business clients and tourists alike. Large windows provide marvelous views of the Gulf from the restaurant, the bar area and the lobby. The lounge is lit by a large skylight that brings to mind Belle Époque winter garden pavilions. The imposing conference centre has 9 meeting rooms, most of which enjoy natural light, and can seat up to 650 people in all. The meeting rooms are all equipped with state-of-the-art technology.
