A Guide to Andorra

Andorra is a tiny ministate nestled between France and Spain high in the Pyrenees Mountains.

In the colder months Andorra attracts skiers and boarders to explore it's winter resorts and year-round it makes an enjoyable stop-over when travelling between Spain and France especially to stock up on those tax-free goodies.

The capital, Andorra la Vella is a picturesque little town, with some fine museums and a relaxed atmosphere.

The administrative division is the Parroquia. Whilst Canillo, Encamp, Ordino, La Massana, Andorra la Vella and Escaldes Engordany make up the seven "parroquies" of Andorra.
